Cancellations

Please note that the cancellation policy for our Group Programs is as follows and falls under the NDIS guidelines and policy:

• A cancellation is a short notice cancellation (or no show) if the participant has given less than 2 clear business days’ notice.

If you, or your Plan Nominee, do not provide notice in the times specified:

• Synergy Care will seek payment from you for the missed or cancelled support and will recover 100% of the fee associated with the activity.

Synergy Care will comply with the NDIS terms and conditions regarding cancellation.
